Michigan river sees 13,000 hawks, other predatory birds within 3-day span
In recent days, the lower part of the Detroit River in Michigan has seen an influx birds of prey, such as hawks, eagles and falcons which, as the weather begins to cool and leaves begin to change colors a crispen, are preparing to fly south for the winter.
